For regular purchases, please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. Purchased items will be shipped from LA (via USPS) within the same week of order. Please allow up to 1 week from ship date for your delivery to arrive unless otherwise stated. International USPS time is 2-3 weeks from date shipped, but may take longer.

For pre-orders or custom orders, please allow 14 business days for shipping.

oili is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes/fees (if the package is shipped back because the customs payment was not paid we are not able to refund your order). We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. We only accept exchanges within 5 days upon delivery. Please see our Exchange Policy.

Products are accepted for exchange within 5 days from which shipment is received.* We require that customers notify hello@oili.shop of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Products must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. Returned package costs are not covered by oili but by the customer who wishes to return, unless the products are damaged or incorrect. Please note: All items purchased through discount code or promotion are final.
